As the Intranet Content Administrator you will be responsible for the management of key content for our new intranet platform.
This will include migrating information, including documents, images and videos from our existing site to our new platform. You will be responsible for:

The systematic migration of data to be transferred between intranet platforms
Proof reading and uploading new content to the Intranet.
Managing content owners to ensure the correct information is uploaded to the correct area
Creating our employee profile photo library

You will have:

Experience of working on intranets or websites
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organised
Able to prioritise and work under own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and categorise a variety of technical information across our mix of businesses
Good management of internal stakeholders
Experience of learning a new system/ web platform confidently
