Our customer is a world leading MRO service provider for the civil Aviation sector, providing services to over 500 airline customers, covering, Europe, America, Asia & the Middle East.
The opportunity for a Personal Assistant has arisen, based at their operation on the Island of Malta.
The Personal Assistant actively supports the Senior Management and his/her team in administrative and organizational tasks (diary management, meeting coordination and minutes, follow-up action items, event organization, business review preparations, expense reports, support in travel arrangements, etc.) and thus guarantees a smooth operation of the respective leadership tasks.
Your skills will include:
Commercial or secretarial education
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Assistant in a similar position gained in an international working environment (Senior Management level)
Ability to work independently and deal with multiple tasks under pressure in a short time frame
In depth knowledge of all Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proactive and hands-on personality with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Very strong organization skills
Flexible oriented person
Reliable and diplomatic at all levels
Excellent communications skills in English, any other language is a plus
