Kevan Bishop to Captain the Aircraft Golfing Society
Kevan Bishop, Managing Director of Aeropeople Ltd. was confirmed as the Captain of the Aircraft Golfing Society (AGS) at their AGM on 1st March 2011. The AGS was founded in 1944 to promote contact, communication and friendship between executives in the Aircraft industry, on the golf course. It also has charitable aims with monies raised going to nationally recognised charities. Kevan’s chosen charity for Captain’s year is “Children’s Hospices UK”.
On taking up the captaincy Kevan stated that ‘he was proud to be given this prestigious role and he would work hard to uphold the AGS history and values and maximise his fund raising for ‘“Children’s Hospices UK”.
