Aeropeople raise £1,170 for charity
The money was raised at our six nations rugby match events earlier this year and will be used to continue to provide vital hospice-based services to children in East Anglia, all of whom are life threatened, and many of whom are living with complex healthcare needs. East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) helps these children and their families with the emotional and physical challenges they face. The trained and experienced care teams of nurses, carers, family support workers and specialist therapists give one-to-one care.
EACH’s wide range of services include care at the end of life, respite care, specialist play, music therapy, phone support, practical help, advice and information, and bereavement support for all family members, including siblings and grandparents. Care is given either in the hospice itself or in the family home, and care is geared to the individual family’s particular needs. These services are completely free for the families who use them.
EACH have asked us to pass on their thanks to all those who contributed to this wonderful total.
